    • Working with local & international architects, liaison (BMC/Mhada etc.) consultants, legal and projects team
  • Nurture relationships with private landowners, JV’s and acquisition partners, Bankers, Investors and Funds
  • Draft & execute agreements with various partners, associates, tenants along with legal assistance as and when required.
  • Involved in project designing, liasoining, managing local site nuisance, CSR activities and statutory compliances for the project.
  • Monitor and administer coordination with finance, legal, admin, architectural and liaison teams with Business development plan to ensure effective and efficient project progress.
